I've attached the basic "run.bin" and a "No Scenes" run.bin (since the antique theme looks a lot better
without icon text and the DigiFusion logo).

The "No Scenes" version requires some explanation as it includes a number of patches all rolled up into
this version.

Firstly, it obviously stops the dreaded "Generate Scenes Now?" message.

It includes my "nolabels" patch to exclude all headings; the firmware recycles icon labels into headings,
so loss of labels means loss of some headings, but not all of them. To make things consistent, I've now 
removed the other headings as well. Sounds horrendous, but actually they're pretty superfluous to anyone 
who is at the stage of replacing their firmware!

It also includes my "nologos" patch, since the recycling of colours means it's very hard to get the DF 
logo look right without stuffing up other parts of the colour scheme. In combination with the "nolabels" 
patch described above, it calms down the whole menu experience even further! 

Then there's the my "nomsg" patch that removes the "There are no scenes to view" message. 

All patches have been tested and are running fine on my own machine (they're really simple, anyway).
